A nature-based team-building session that leverages the serene backdrop of a nearby forest or seaside setting at your chosen location.

• Introductory Nature Walk: Tuning In and Grounding - Engage in a guided walk to enhance sensory awareness and connection with the team, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Trust-building Exercises - Participate in activities that increase trust and self-awareness, crucial for effective teamwork and environmental adaptability.
• Balanced Mindset and Navigation Challenges - Tackle individual and group tasks that mimic project management scenarios, focusing on strategic decision-making and maintaining composure under stress.
• Mindfulness for Meta Perspective and Creative Thinking - Experience "sitspot" exercises to induce deep relaxation and creativity, promoting a broader, more comprehensive view for innovative problem-solving.
• Regenerative Practices Workshop - Learn sustainable practices and develop a regenerative mindset to foster personal and team growth, with practical applications to everyday challenges.

Cost Proposal: The proposed fee for facilitating the team-building event, including all materials and activities, is 18.500 DKK (ex moms). This fee covers planning, execution, and 1 hour follow-up to ensure the event meets your objectives and expectations.
